Thomas Spadafore is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The ARC Group of New York. A visionary, decisive, and results-oriented leader, Mr. Spadafore is recognized for his ability to identify significant new market opportunities, build sound strategies, and lead cross-functional and global teams for execution and measurable growth.
With over 20 years of experience leading and growing global organizations to achieve their strategic objectives and revenue milestones, Mr. Spadafore has been instrumental in the successful incubation and expansion of both startups and Fortune 1000 companies. No stranger to challenging and competitive markets, Mr. Spadafore has a proven track record of building strong customer, partner, and investor relationships to achieve mutual benefits and growth.
Mr. Spadafore was the President and Chief Executive Officer of VANTOS, and a member of the VANTOS’ Board of Directors. Under his direction, VANTOS established itself as the defacto leader in the new and rapidly expanding Investigation Management market. He was responsible for the sale of VANTOS to ManTech Cyber Solutions International, a wholly owned subsidiary of ManTech International.
Prior to joining VANTOS, Mr. Spadafore was Executive Vice President at Reconnex, where he was responsible for the global sales, systems engineering, and customer care organizations. At Reconnex, he successfully accelerated sales from zero to $10 million in less than two years’ time and also played a key role in securing the company’s mission critical B and C rounds of funding. Previously, he focused on technology leadership and channel development as Executive Vice President of GreenBorder Technology. Prior to that, Mr. Spadafore was Executive Vice President at Brightmail, where he was pivotal in leading the company’s worldwide sales, marketing, and business operations, as well as securing the company’s $35 million B round of funding. Brightmail was acquired by Symantec in 2004 for $370 million.
In addition, Mr. Spadafore has held executive positions at Netopia, NETCOM Communications, and Apple Computer. He has been honored with industry and community leadership and service awards throughout the course of his career. Prior to entering the business arena, Mr. Spadafore was a professional football player for the Washington Redskins, Los Angeles Rams, and San Diego Chargers.
Mr. Spadafore received his Bachelor of Arts in Education and his Master of Science in Technology and Education from Boise State University in Idaho.

Anthony Reyes is President and Chief Executive Officer of The ARC Group of New York and a member of the ARC Group’s Board of Directors. A decisive, results-oriented visionary, Mr. Reyes is a globally-recognized leader for his work in the cyber security industry. He established many of the industry security standards currently in use.
With over 17 years of experience identifying, responding to, and addressing cyber related issues, Mr. Reyes is an internationally recognized practitioner, trainer, and lecturer in the areas of technology and traditional investigations. His investigation and training topics include incident response, network forensics, intellectual property theft, identity theft, computer forensics, electronic discovery, cyber terrorism, network security, data encryption, steganography, and malware detection. Mr. Reyes is the author of three publications including Cyber Crime Investigations: Bridging the Gaps Between Security Professionals, Law Enforcement, and Prosecutors (2007). He assisted in the design and delivery of a cyber terrorism course for The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). He is often asked to weigh in on events for newspapers, publications, and television. He has appeared on CNN, MSN Money, Bloomberg, FOX, and other television and online broadcasts, and he has been quoted numerous times in publications like The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Forbes, and more. Mr. Reyes has been instrumental in winning hundreds of legal cases during the course of his career.
Mr. Reyes was a Detective in the New York City Police Department’s Computer Crimes Unit, where he was responsible for handling complex cases on behalf of the NYPD that involved terrorism, attacks to critical infrastructure, intellectual property theft, and complicated schemes to defraud. He participated in the review and revision of The National Institute of Justice Guide, “Electronic Crime Scene Investigation: A Guide for First Responders, Second Edition,” and was the Training and Education Working Group Chairman of The National Institute of Justice’ Electronic Crime Partner Initiative. He served as an alternate member on New York Governor George E. Pataki’s Cyber-Security Task Force, and he was the President of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association’s (HTCIA) International Executives Committee.
Mr. Reyes received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and his Graduate Certification in Leadership from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
